We’re happy to provide on-site service, training and support, for all your direct thermal and thermal transfer printers including:
On-site service is routinely provided in the NY-NJ Metro area.
As a provider of labels and ribbons, as well as being experts in printer repair, we are especially well equipped to solve labeling and scanning problems that may occur.
Travel is billed using current IRS mileage rate of 65 cents/mile. Tolls and parking are additional. Travel during peak periods or with excessive delays may be charged up to 25% over the estimated time. Our rates are among the lowest in the industry for certified service.
$149/hour from office departure to return. Mileage, tolls, parking and parts (if any) are additional.
Parts will be billed at the printer manufacturer’s published price.
No hourly charges will be made for “call-backs” due to recurrence of the same problem within 30 days. Only mileage, tolls and parking charges will apply.
Telephone support for any problem on the printer serviced will be provided free of charge for 60 days.
There for a minimum charge of $149.00 for labor plus sales tax, which is payable by credit card before the technician is dispatched. The balance, if any, will be charged to the same credit card.
