The ID Solutions Division of Arch Crown was a pioneer in the production of UCC-128 Bar Code labels, initially developing software that supported Bar Code Labeling for Wal-Mart, JC Penney, Sears, and the Armed Services. With the addition of UHF, Gen 2 EPC tags & labels to our Quick Turn Printing Service Bureau, we can now supply either blank or imprinted, smart, passive, MIL-STD 129, 130, or other formats to the DoD, as well as Jewelry and Merchandise labels with RFID for JC Penney, Macy's, Saks Fifth Ave, Wal-Mart and others.

Getting started is simple

• Send us a copy of the contract/spec that your customer has sent to you. This will let us set up your account (at no charge) so we are ready to produce your order.
• Email us an Excel spreadsheet with the RFID and human readable data for each label. Your order will be printed from the information contained on that sheet.

We track the tag IDs to avoid the serious error of duplication. Each tag is read and verified when printed. Any unreadable tags will be marked VOID and reprinted.

Cost of imprinting most blank RFID labels/tags ranges from $.07/label to $.10/label depending on quantity and size.

Pricing of the blanks required will be quoted on receipt of your RFQ.
